Ms. Andrea Ogletree (AUGUSTA, Ga.)

AUGUSTA, Ga.- Ms. Carol Andrea Ogletree, 62, entered into rest on Friday, December 12, 2003 at the Medical College of Georgia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 15, 2003 at 12:15 p.m. at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity with the Rev. Allan McDonald as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. Ms. Ogletree was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse with the Medical College of Georgia. She was a member of the Church of the Most Holy Trinity and was active in church organizations, including the Over 50's Club and the Sewing Circle. Ms. Ogletree was a loving mother to her daughter and son-in-law, Deana and Gregg Padgett, and a loving grandmother to Samantha, Ethan, Nicholas, Abbey, and Caleb. In addition, she is survived by two brothers, David Ragan and Robert Ragan; two sisters, Rene Powell and LaDean Cole; and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a friend, Shirley Usry and her l ifelong friend, Joan Beverly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Katie Louise Ragan. A Vigil for the Deceased will be prayed at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday evening, December 14, 2003. The family will then receive friends until 7:30 p.m. Platt's Funeral Home, 721 Crawford Avenue, 733-3636.
