Augusta has accepted an invitation to enter a float in the Jan. 20 inaugural parade in Washington for President-elect Eisenhower if the necessary funds to sponsor such a unit can be raised.
A float, possibly depicting a Little White House with a golf course surrounding it, is planned if the money is available. The estimated cost for such a project is about $2,500.
