Mrs. Cleo Adams (AUGUSTA, Ga.)



AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Cleo White Adams, 82, widow of the late John C. Adams, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 26, 2003 at Forest Lake Healthcare Center. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 1, 2003 at 11 a.m. at Valhalla Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama. Mrs. Adams, a native of Bossier City, La., worked for 20 years as an Administrative Secretary. She married John Adams on July 23, 1942 and her family says she was a good mother and loyal wife for 61 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bossier City, La. She is survived by two daughters, Clesie A. Adams, of Augusta, and Pattie A. Kline of Fort Worth, Texas; one brother, Sidney Noble White of Shreveport, La.; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
