In the know

We want to put names in lights

We took a year off to catch our breath, but the Holiday Light Tour is back in business.

The Augusta Chronicle is hoping to design a driving tour that will hit the highlights of area holiday outdoor decorations. If your house is lighted like the Fourth of July, or if a street wants to boost the electric company's profits, let us know about it.

Leave a detailed address with Lifestyles Editor Erica C. Cline at 828-2946 or send e-mail to erica.cline@augustachronicle.com or mail to Holiday Light Tour, The Augusta Chronicle, P.O. Box 1928, Augusta, GA 30903-1928.

The deadline for entries is Dec. 10.

Book list is delayed

Because of the holidays, the Publishers Weekly best sellers list is not in today's newspaper. See Tuesday's Mixed Media page for the complete list.

'I DO'

Denise Coleman met Jason Youngblood seven years ago when he stopped by her after-school job to buy rubber bands.

"I thought he was cute when I met him, but I didn't think about him being the one," she said.

Then, only months into their relationship, she saw an accident involving a car similar to Mr. Youngblood's.

"My heart dropped," she said. "I knew then I couldn't be without him."

The couple exchanged vows Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Augusta.

See Brides & Bouquets for their wedding announcement.
