ATLANTA -- Georgia Tech tailback P.J. Daniels was downgraded to questionable for Saturday's game against No. 5 Georgia with an undisclosed injury.
Daniels had limited availability Wednesday, a day after coach Chan Gailey listed him as probable. Daniels declined comment after practice, and Gailey doesn't give specific injury information.
"If he can go (Thursday), he'll get the majority of the snaps," Gailey said. "If he can't, then, if he's ready, he might play sporadically, and if he's not, then we won't play him."
Daniels leads the Atlantic Coast Conference with 100.9 yards rushing a game, and if he can't play against the Bulldogs, Ace Eziemefe and Chris Woods likely would split time at tailback.
