Mrs. Thelma Lindsey (RIDDLEVILLE, Ga.)



RIDDLEVILLE, Ga.- Mrs. Thelma Price Lindsey, age 91, of Riddle Rd. in Riddleville, died Saturday, September 27, 2003 at the Heritage Inn following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at 2 p.m. at the Ammie S. Page Memorial Baptist Church with burial in the Riddleville Cemetery. Rev. Wade Dawson and Rev. J. Emory Lindsey will officiate. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Jimmy Lindsey, Charles Lindsey, Ronnie Lindsey, Buddy Lindsey, Kevin Lindsey, Steven Junger, David Junger, and Chris Lindsey. Mrs. Lindsey was a native of Washington County and was the daughter of the late Gordon H. Price and the late Mattie Pearl Frost Price. She was a retired supervisor with Royal Manufactoring Company and a former volunteer at the Extended Care Facility of Washington County. Mrs. Lindsey was a member of the Ammie S. Page Memorial Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School teacher and a member of the WMU. She is predeceased in death by her husband, Otis F. Lindsey, Sr. and children, Otis F. Lindsey, Jr., Charles Lindsey, and Betty L. Frasier. Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her children, James Lindsey, Ronald Lindsey, Carlton Lindsey, all of Marietta, Harry Lindsey of Riddleville, and Marianne Junger of McDonough; her sister, Bobbie Hutcheson of Stone Mountain; twenty grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. The family will be at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lindsey, S. Riddle Rd., Riddleville, and will receive friends Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the May and Smith Sandersville Chapel. Donations may be made to the Ammie S. Page Memorial Baptist Church, 9500 Hwy. 242, Harrison, Ga. 31035. May and Smith Funeral Directors are in charge of these arrangements.
