Mr. James Hamill (THOMSON, Ga.)

THOMSON, Ga.- Mr. Albert James Hamill, 87, beloved husband of Martha Hamill, of Whiteoak Rd., died Friday, September 26, 2003, at his residence. Mr. Hamill, a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, had lived in Thomson for 4 years. He was a retired Hospital Food Service Manager and WWII Navy veteran. he was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Albert James Hamill, Jr. Survivors include his wife, Martha Hamill; his daughter, Joan Hamill Plunkett (Don), Atlanta; two sisters, Cassie Sayles and Thelma Roberts, both of Chattanooga; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
