Mrs. Nena Zeigler (SYLVANIA, Ga.)



SYLVANIA, Ga.- Mrs. Nena Peel Zeigler, 93, died Saturday night in Syl-View Health Care Center, Sylvania. The Screven County native was a member of Goloid United Methodist Church and was a retired school teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Zeigler and a son, Michael Zeigler. Survivors include son, Billy Zeigler, Sardis, Ga.; 5 Grandchildren: Tiffany Edwards, Tanya Burnett, Heather Layton, Becky Mogel, and Billy D. Zeigler, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2003 at 2 p.m. at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Karen Zeigler officiating. Burial will be in the Goloid Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, from 6 until 8 p.m. Rememberances may be made to the Goloid United Methodist Church, c/o Patsy Zeigler, 2075 Rocky Ford Road, Sylvania, Ga. 30467.
