Mrs. Dorothy Day (LINCOLNTON, Ga.)



LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Dorothy Freeman Day, 89 wife of the late James Floyd Day of Double Branches Rd. died Saturday, September 13 at her residence. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m., Monday evening at Beggs Funeral Home, Lincolnton A visitation will also be held at Tri- City Funeral Home, Benham, Ky. on Tuesday evening. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 17 at 11 a.m., at Tri-City Funeral Home, Benham, Ky. with Rev. Ernest Brock officiating. Interment will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery, Cumberland, Ky. Mrs. Day was born in Copperhill, Tenn. She had been a resident of the Nora community of Lincoln County for the past 35 years. She was Pentecostal. Survivors are daughters, Lillian D. Reese, Lincolnton, Mrs. Buford (Annette D.)
