Where is the justice in 18-year-old's detention?

There is an 18-year-old boy sitting in the Columbia County Detention Center, being held on charges where there is no evidence. Meanwhile, testimony has been given by acquaintances of the so-called victim that contradicts her allegations.

Still, with these facts, District Attorney Danny Craig will not drop the charges. He is waiting on the announcement of a judgeship he is hoping to get, and he would rather an innocent person sit in jail than possibly ruffle someone's feathers.

Is this the character of a person who we need as a judge, and is this the justice our judicial system stands for?
