AUGUSTA- Jennifer Ann Cone of North Augusta, and Paul Wesley Fountain of Macon, were married at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 29, 2003, at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection. The Rev. James K. Glander officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jason Arthur Cone of North Augusta. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Johnson Thruston, Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee Cone, Jr., of North Augusta.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Laverne Fountain of Edgefield. He is the grandson of Mrs. Christine Holton of North Augusta, the late Mr. Glyn Holton, Mrs. Docia Fountain of North Augusta, and the late Mr. David Fountain.
Allison Michelle Cone of North Augusta, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. The groom¹s father was best man.
Bridesmaids were Melissa Bushee, Leslie Duval, both of Columbia, Stephanie Cardell, Jennifer Thomas, both of Clemson, Joanne Rice, North Augusta, and Amy Thruston, Greenville, cousin of the bride. Honorary bridesmaid were Shannon Homschek and Meg Heath, friends of the bride.
Groomsmen were William Bradley III, Charlotte, N.C., Stephen Bunch, Clemson, Richard Beall, Richard Howard, Russell Lord and Clint Holton, cousin of the groom, all of North Augusta.
Flower girl was Jordan Beall. Ringbearer was Corey Walker.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Afer a reception at the Marion Hatcher Center, the couple left for a wedding trip to Jamaica.
