AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Monday, March 3, 2003 at St. Joseph Hospital, Mrs. Mary Ella Jackson of Mills Street. Mrs. Jackson was a native of Richmond County and a member of Second Ebenezer Baptist Church, Hephzibah. She is survived by her brother-in- law, Dea. Eddie Blocker, Hephzibah; nephew, Mr. James E. Blocker, Hinesville; niece, Mrs. Mary Blocker- Jones, North Burnswick, N.J.; great- nieces and nephews, Ms. Pamela Blocker, Augusta, Mrs. Helen P. Blocker-Adams, North Augusta, S.C., Tia C. Ebrams, North Burnwick, N.J., James K. Blocker, Tampa, Fla., Darryl M. Blocker, Centerville, Va.; and a host of other relatives. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 7, 2003, at 2 p.m., from Second Ebenezer Baptist Church, Hephzibah. Rev. Angelo Hatcher, pastor, Rev. G.A. Williams officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 8 p.m. Friends may call 4163 Old Waynesboro Road or the funeral home.
