Mr. John Cochran (LANGLEY, S.C.)

LANGLEY, S.C. - Entered into rest on Sunday, March 2, 2003, Mr. John "Pete" Cochran, husband of Mrs. Faye Feagin Cochran, of 202 Dunbar Street, Langley, S.C. He was preceded in death by his father Mr. John T. Cochran and a brother Mr. James Cochran. Surviving is his mother Mrs. Bessie Stringfellow Cochran of Langley, SC; his son and his wife, John Timothy and Debbie Cochran of Warrenville, SC; his daughter and her husband, Debbie and Wesley Greene of Langley, SC; two sisters, Helen McClendon of Leesville, SC and Louise Boyd of Langley, SC; two brothers, Ben Cochran of Langley and Tommy Cochran of Bath, SC; three grandchildren, Kristen Cochran, T.J. Cochran and Ralph Greene. Mr. Cochran was a retired self-employed well driller for 20 years and worked for Graniteville Company for 21 years. He was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church, Langley, SC, the Bath Masonic Lodge #263 and the Aiken Shrine Club Jamil Temple. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Pine Forest Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Doss and Mr. Wesley Greene officiating. Mr. Cochran will be placed in the church one hour prior to the time of the service. Interment: Sunset Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Jerry Hatcher, Don Toole, Bubba Toole, Billy Freeman, Ricky King and Ben Lott. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth King and Ralph Langley.
