I am sorry to learn of the death of Pastor Timothy Fellows Sr. Although his medical condition during these last few years made it difficult for him to communicate by voice, he found unique ways to continue to spread the good news of Christ everywhere he went.
Pastor Fellows practiced what he preached - he was a true example of what a Christian should be. Even in the face of fierce opposition, he maintained a cheerful countenance. He did not cower; he did not compromise; he did not quit. He was loyal to his calling, and zealously faithful to his mission until the moment he passed away.
May the ministry of Pastor Timothy Fellows continue to inspire and impact lives for generations to come.
Stephen Alligood, Atlanta, Ga.
(Editor's note: Timothy Fellows was a regular letter writer to The Chronicle, with many letters published on the Opinion page.)
