Mrs. Jacqueline Muns (SUMMERTOWN, Ga.)



SUMMERTOWN, Ga. - Jacqueline Lajoie (LaJoy) Muns, 74, a native of Worcester, Mass., died at home on Friday, February 21, 2003, after an extended illness. She attended and received her academic education from South High School and Business College in Worcester and later attended St. Marys College of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind. She was a Baptist and a member of the Summertown Homemakers Club. She was retired from The Houston Chronicle, Houston, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Robert Ray Muns, Summertown; a son, Robert A. Goddard, Kenosha, Wis.; two stepsons, Mark M. Muns, Grand Prairie, Texas and David T. Muns, Arygle, Texas; a foster son, Davoud Mostafaloo, Hickory, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Anita L. Weichert, Keene, Texas and Belinda Rae Collins, Harrisonville, Mo.; two brothers, Robert Lajoie, Mission Viego, Calif. and David Lajoie, Richardson, Texas and 11 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Tomlinsons Funeral Home, Swainsboro, at 11 a.m., Monday. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., on Sunday.
