Many people claim we don't have a democratic type of government, but we have a republican form of government. Yet both have the same idea that either form is a government "for the people and by the people."
But wait - polls show that the majority of people want their government to control immigration, depart from the United Nations, to develop our own oil and to vote for important tax increases. But these important issues fall on deaf ears by our politicians.
The people know what's good for America. It's about time for the American people, the taxpayers, to vote on important issues without the politics and politicians.
