Miss Pauline Constantine (AUGUSTA, Ga.)



AUGUSTA, Ga. - Pauline Constantine, 86, of Augusta and formerly of Savannah, died Monday morning, February 17, 2003, at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta. Born in Savannah, she was a daughter of the late Sam Constantine and Jacqueline Vescopoulos Constantine. Miss Constantine was a member of St. Pauls Greek Orthodox Church and formerly worked for Strachan Shipping Company. Surviving are two sisters, Penelope Constantine and Eva Constantine Nicholson, both of Augusta; two nephews, Sam G. and Christopher G. Nicholson, both of Augusta; and two nieces, Elaine N. Paul of Augusta and Jacqueline N. Swain of Charleston, S.C. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning at St. Pauls Greek Orthodox Church conducted by the Reverend Nicholas J. Capilos.
