Police have arrested an Augusta man in connection with the Friday death of Neville Hall.
Dontavius S. Wyman, 21, was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, said Lt. James Young, an investigator with the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
Mr. Wyman was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Lt. Young said.
Another suspect in the case, William Thomas Sheppard, was still at large, Lt. Young said.
He said Mr. Wyman was found near the Wooten Road location where Mr. Hall was shot once in the back of the head. "We're still trying to sort out so many questions around the case right now," Lt. Young said.
No bond had been set for Mr. Wyman as of this afternoon.
