STAR OF THE GAME: Forward Dan Carlson netted both goals for the Express, his 24th and 25th of the season.
KEY PLAY: Just 1:40 into the 4-on-4 overtime period, Carlson picked up a loose puck behind the net, walked out front all alone and went top shelf for the game-winner.
PLUS: New Lynx goalie Tom Draper, a veteran of 53 NHL games, was spectacular in his debut, recording 38 saves.
MINUS: The Lynx lost rookie forward Jeff Szwez to AHL Binghamton after the game, leaving them with eight healthy forwards.
