It's not every day that a former National Hockey League goaltender becomes available in the East Coast Hockey League, which is why Augusta Lynx coach David Wilkie jumped at the chance to sign Tom Draper.
With Lynx forward Jim Shepherd expected to be out 4-to-6 weeks with a partially torn MCL in his right knee, Wilkie had a veteran spot open.
