AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Eunice Booker of Perry Avenue died Monday, December 30, 2002, at St. Joseph Hospital Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2003, at 2 p.m. at New Zion Hill baptist Church with Rev. James Hogan officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. She was a native of Richmond County; a member of New Zion Hill Baptist Church where she served as Chief Usher of the Usher Board. Survivors are one son, David Eugene Booker, New York; four nieces, Doris (Winford) Murdaugh, Betty Palmer, Patricia (Maurice Has) Quiller, Augusta and Geneva Terrell, St. Louis, Mo.; nephew, Calvin Holliman, Atlanta; aunt, Mary Ann Howard; a host of great-nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The remains will lie in state at the church from 1 p.m. until the hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at the residence at 1:15 p.m. Williams Funeral Home, 1765 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
