Mrs. Fannie Moore (WASHINGTON, Ga.)



WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mrs. Fannie Mae Sheehan Moore, 84, of Industrial Blvd. entered into rest Tuesday, November 26, 2002, in Washington. Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 10 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Chip Wilson and Rev. Ira McKeever officiating. Burial will follow at the Raytown Methodist Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ricky Lindsey, Jesse Moore, Dave Lindsey, Ray Thornton, Melvin Forehand and Louis Doan. Mrs. Moore was a native of Taliaferro County and lived in Washington for 65 years. She was a retired inspector for Clark-Schwebel Fiberglass Co. and was the widow of Albert "Buck" Moore. She was a member of the Washington First United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sisters, Martha Drinkard, Washington and Catherine Fitzgerald, St. Simons Island; four nieces, Linda Lindsey and Gloria Rhodes of Washington, Frances Hopkins, Fort Worth, Texas and Becky Fitzgerald, Savannah; one nephew, Mike Fitzgerald, St. Simons Island; seven great nieces and nephews; and two great-great nephews. The family will receive friends Friday evening November 29, 2002, from 7 to 9 p.m., at Hopkins Funeral Home.
