SALLEY, S.C. - Entered into rest Sunday, November 24, 2002, Mr. William Ponder Hall of Salley, formerly of Clearwater, husband of the late Cleo Glover Hall and son of the late James R. Hall and the late Mary Richardson Hall. Mr. Hall is survived by two sons, Ronald Ponder Hall of Salley, and Finley H. Hall, Flagler Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren, Melissa H. Loughney, Heather Cramer, R. Jacob Hall, Michael Hall, Belinda Hall and Julia T. Brantley; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Lee and a brother, Eugene Hall. He was born in Augusta but had lived most of his life in Aiken County. He was retired from Clearwater Finishing Plant. He was a US Army Veteran having served during World War II and was a member of the Langley Methodist Church. The funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 27, 2002, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Napier Funeral Home with Rev. William E. Thompson officiating. The interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, Graniteville. Pallbearers will be W. P. Brown, Tom Hutto, and Michael Roushar. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main Street, Graniteville, S.C.
