HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mary Ann Callen Tussey, 63, of Hephzibah, entered into rest Monday, November 18, 2002, at the Doctors Hospital, Augusta. Mrs. Tussey was born in Morning View, Ky. and was a resident of Richmond County for 31 years. She attended Story Mill Road Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors include her husband, James A. Tussey of Hephzibah; three sons, George T. Tussey of Hephzibah, Jack J. Tussey of Danville, Ky. and Frank Tussey of Hephzibah; three daughters, Betty T. Bromley of Union, Ky., Debra Callen of Columbus and Shelia T. Weaver of Hephzibah; two brothers, Harry Callen of Clearwater, Fla., Bobby Callen of Morning View, Ky.; one sister, Gayneal Rust of Morning View, Ky.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 22, 2002, at 3 p.m., at the DeLoach Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Terry McLaughlin and Dr. Don Manning officiating. Burial will follow at the Hephzibah Vance Cemetery. Pallbearers will be George T. Tussey, Jack J. Tussey, Frank Tussey, Joseph Dale Tussey, Phillip George Tussey and Chris Newsome. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, November 21, 2002, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the DeLoach Chapel, Hephzibah.
