WARRENVILLE, S.C. - Entered into rest, Saturday, November 2, 2002, Mr. David S. "Bill" Randall of Warrenville, husband of Christa Lever Randall and son of the late Boyd D. Randall Sr. and the late Lucy New Randall. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a stepdaughter, Patricia Dupeire of North Augusta; stepsons, Daniel C. Williams of Warrenville, and Robert S. Williams of Aiken; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was born in Gloverville and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County. He was self-employed as owner and operator of Randall Barber Shop in Aiken, for many years. He was a member of Pentecost United Methodist Church in Warrenville. He was also a member of the American Legion Post No. 77, Warrenville, the Forty and Eight and Sons of the Confederate Veterans. He was a US Navy Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict. He was an avid musician and enjoyed playing his rhythm guitar with many local bands. His great disposition and beaming smile won him many friends and customers during his barbering days in Aiken. The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, November 6, 2002, at 4 p.m. in the Pentecost United Methodist Church with Rev. Ray Anderson and Rev. Tam Belding officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery. The pallbearers will be Bryan Randall, Joel Randall, Bill Ray Randall, Ricky Randall, Bob Wright, Franklin Young, Tommie Durden, Paul Swygert and Ray Derrick. Honorary pallbearers will be Leo Wood, members of the Forty and Eight, the American Legion Post No. 77, Warrenville, and members of the Sons of Confederate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday night, November 5, 2002, from 7 to 9 p.m. Mr. Randall will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
