Mrs. Alma Peeler (LINCOLNTON, Ga.)



LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Alma Danner Peeler, 89, of Peeler Road entered into rest Tuesday, July 23, 2002, at Wills Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2002, at the Greenwood Baptist Church with the Revs. Allen Danner and Seaborn Dell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Peeler was the daughter of the late William Noah Danner and the late Maggie Reviere Danner. She was a former textile worker and a member of Greenwood Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Lawrence S. Peeler; two daughters, Edith P. Beckum of Lincolnton and Elsie P. Seigler of McCormick, S.C.; two sons, Lawrence M. Peeler of Wrens and Paul R. Peeler of Washington; one sister, Floy D. Crook of Lincolnton; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mrs. Peeler was preceded in death by a brother, Bernard C. Danner. Pallbearers will be Albert Crook, Scott Dekreon, Tim Kiehart, Ralph Martin, Patrick Peeler and Barney Zellars. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of ones choice. Friends may call at the residence.
