DEARING, Ga. - Mr. Roy Anglin, 66, widower of Mrs. Monie Jo Anglin, of Dearing, died Friday, July 19, 2002, in the Medical College of Georgia Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 3p.m. Monday, July 22, 2002, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ron Drawdy officiating. Burial will be in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Mr. Anglin, a native of Walton County, had lived in Dearing for many years. He was a meat cutter at Town and County Packing Company. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Dorothy and Kevin Perry, Dearing, and Cathy and Ted Pugh, Social Circle; a son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and April Anglin, Sylvania; two brothers, Lamar Anglin, Chamblee and Bobby Ray Anglin, Sylvania; and nine grandchildren and a great granddaughter. Pallbearers will be Brian Purvis, Brian Williford, Brett Usry, and Pat Smith. Friends may call at the residence of his daughter, Dorothy Perry, George McDuffie Road or at the Curtis Funeral Home.
