TODAY

LIBRARY CLASS: The Aiken County Public Library will offer a class to explain the new virtual library. The library is at 314 Chesterfield St. For more information, call (803) 642-2020.

FAMILY DINNER: The Southeastern Natural Science Academy's Phinizy Swamp Nature Park will hold a family picnic in the park's pavilion at 6 p.m. The entrance to the park is on Lock and Dam Road. The topic is Forestry Fun. People who plan to attend should bring a family dinner. Admission is free. For more information, call 828-2109.

ARTISTS CONVERSATION: The Morris Museum of Art will sponsor an artists discussion about the museum's Southern Modernism exhibit at 7 p.m. with local artists Starkey Flythe and Philip Morsberger. THROW IN THE TOWEL: Television station WFXG and radio station WKXC will sponsor a fund-raiser for the Ronald McDonald House of Augusta when the Augusta Stallions take on the Columbus Wardogs at 7:30 p.m. at the Augusta-Richmond County Civic Center. Everyone who takes two rolls of paper towels or four rolls of toilet paper will get into the game for $5. For more information, call 724-5901.
