TIGNALL, Ga. - Mrs. Fannie Matt Beard Dunaway, 84, of S. Hulin Ave., entered into rest Thursday, May 2, 2002, at Wills Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Tignall Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Fincher officiating. Burial will follow at the Fishing Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Tignall. She was a native of Wilkes County and had lived in Tignal most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Tignall Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Tom Beard and Susie Griffin Beard, and was the widow of Henry Curtis Dunaway. Mrs. Dunaway is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Gammon, and Kay Tyler, both of Tignall; three grandsons, Greg Tyler of Hoschton, Ga., Jeff Tyler of Washington D.C., and Craig Gammon of Washington; and four great grandchildren, Curt Gammon, Jordan Tyler, Caleb Tyler, and Sydney Tyler. The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Hopkins Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tignall Baptist Church Family Life Center, c/o Tignall Baptist Church, 170 S. Hulin Ave., Tignall, Ga. 30668. Pallbearers will be Sanders Rhodes, William Rhodes, Edward Rhodes, Jack Rhodes, Richard McKinney, and Graydon, Bobo Jr.
