LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Gladys Keeter Ware, 94, of South Washington Street, wife of the late Walter N. Ware, entered into rest Saturday, April 13, 2002, at Wills Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Ware was a native of Rutherford County, N.C., but lived most of her life in Lincoln County. She was the owner of Farmers Hardware, member of Anthony Chapel and the Mattie Sterwart Missionary Circle. The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2002, at Anthony Chapel with the Revs. Elton Lawson and David Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Survivors include two daughters, Lenora W. Danner and Joan W. Smith, Lincolnton; one son, Charles E. Ware, Lincolnton; seven grandchildren, Susan W. Colvin, Julie W. Copelan, David Danner, Laura Ann Holloway, Nicky Smith, Randy Smith and Emory Ware; and 13 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Casey Colvin, Russell Copelan, Charles Danner, David Danner, Cal Holloway, Nicky Smith, Randy Smith and Emory Ware.
