Seniors Calendar

The Seniors Calendar lists activities and groups of interest to senior citizens. Please call the service agencies for information. University Seniors Club

Sponsored by University Health Care System;

HEALTH SCREENINGS: Blood pressure, glucose, depression and stroke-risk appraisal; 9 a.m. to noon Wednesdays, Daniel Village.

HEIGHT, WEIGHT AND NUTRITION: 9 a.m. to noon Wednesdays, Daniel Village.

BETTER BALANCE AND STRENGTH: Resistance exercises and balance training; 2 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; Daniel Village activity room; $2 per class.

HARD TO RESIST: Weight training, resist-a-ball and stretching; 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; Daniel Village Activity Room; $2 per class.
