Activities and entertainment events scheduled for this week include:

TODAY

DISORDER CLASS: Doctors Hospital will hold a class for parents and teachers, What Parents and Teachers Should Know About ADHD, from 7 to 9 p.m. in Classrooms 1 and 2 at the hospital, 3651 Wheeler Road. The free class will offer information on diagnosis and treatment of attention deficit disorder in children. For more information, call 651-2229.

COMMUNITY LECTURE SERIES: MCG Health will sponsor a free seminar for parents of children with developmental delays, disabilities or special health needs at 6:30 p.m. at Medical College of Georgia Children's Medical Center, 1446 Harper St. The seminar is open to the public. OPEN HOUSE: Aiken High School will hold an open house for rising ninth-graders from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Pupils should report to the James A. Taylor Activity Center for a general meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tours of the campus will be given by member's of the school's student council, and teachers from each subject area will be available to answer questions. RACE RELATIONS FORUM: First Church of Christ, Scientist, will sponsor an open forum, Finding the Spiritual Foundation of Race Relationships, at 2 p.m. in the auditorium of Lamar Elementary School, 970 Baker Ave. Speakers will be the Rev. Larry Fryer, human relations commissioner for District 2, and Maryl F. Walters, a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship.
