NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - James W. Miller, 79, husband of Charlotte Kite Miller, entered in rest Friday, February 8, 2002, at St. Joseph Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, February 11, 2002, at Augusta Memorial Park in Waynesboro, Va., with Rev. Randy Lohr officiating. Mr. Miller was a native of Staunton, VA, having moved to North Augusta from Rehoboth Beach, Del., in October of 2001. He was a member of the Warrenton Jaycees for many years, and was a Methodist. Mr. Miller was an Army veteran having served during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by a son Michael L. Miller. Additional survivors include a son, James F. Miller of North Augusta; a daughter-in-law, Sandy Miller of Rehoboth, Del.; a grandson, Ryan Wallace Miller of Manassas, Va.; two granddaughters, Jennifer Erin Miller of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and April Lee Miller of Rehoboth Beach, Del. Friends may call at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. James F. Miller, 8 Rapids Court, North Augusta, SC Saturday afternoon from 7 to 8:30. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Hospice, 2260 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA 30904. Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
