Mr. Cleveland Hardy (AUGUSTA, Ga.)



AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Thursday, January 3, 2002, at Saint Joseph Hospital, Augusta, Mr. Cleveland Patterson "Bo" Hardy of Kingswood Drive, Augusta, beloved husband of 66 years to Mrs. Margaret Harley Hardy. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2002, at Platts Funeral Home Crawford Ave. chapel, Rev. Dr. Timothy Owens officiating. Burial to follow in Westover Memorial Park. Mr. Hardy was a member of First Baptist Church of Augusta, B.P.O.E. Club 205, and retired after 28 years as owner and operator of Hardys Heating and Air here in Augusta. Bo was a kind and generous man. He was liked by everyone he met and he had a wonderful disposition. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is also survived by a sister, Katherine Hardy Hulsolf, Hawthorne, Fla., a niece, Beverly McRae of Tyler, Texas; nephews, Thompson C. Harley, Augusta; Sam P. Harley, San Francisco, Calif.; and a number of nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Cox, Millard Cox Jr., Tommy Cox , N.R. Harris Jr., Leonard Cox, Earnest Murphy and William DeLoach. The family will receive friends Sunday evening, January 6, 2002, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Platts Funeral Home Crawford Ave., Augusta, GA. 30904 (706)733-3636
