Mrs. Loretta Odom (BATH, S.C.)



BATH, S.C. - Entered into rest on Friday, Mrs. Loretta Babb Cobb Odom, of Front Street, Bath. She was the wife of the late Mr. Raymond Odom. She was preceded in death by two sons, Paul Marvin Cobb I, and Anthony Cobb. She was the mother of Ray Odom, Faye Kight, and Judy Black, all of Bath, and Paula Gregg, of Langley. Additional survivors include three grandchildren, and four great- grandchildren. She was born in Millen, Ga. to the late Willie Babb and Gladys Briggs Babb Prather. She lived most of her life in Augusta and was a Baptist. Graveside services will be held on Sunday at 4 p.m., at Pine Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Branch officiating. Pallbearers will be Carlus and Bobby Kight, Roy Deas, and Wayne Black. Friends may call on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Hatcher Funeral Home, U.S. Hwy. #1, Langley, SC.
