Too much starch in prison menu?

Regarding the menu at the Richmond County Sheriff Department's prison: Perhaps it's not the amount of food the prisoners are eating, but the type of food. Someone should check out the menu to see if the prisoners are indeed getting square meals.

Are they offered salads instead of starches and meats for, say, lunch? Maybe a healthy breakfast, light lunch and a solid dinner would help the prisoners feel better, stay healthier and reduce the budget somewhat.

Also, offer the prisoners some type of exercise plan, and perhaps there would not be so much fighting in the jail.

Give the people who have to be there alternatives to being so aggressive; maybe a class on self-control would be welcomed. Think about it. Maybe that would cut down on the crime rate when the prisoners are released.
