WARRENVILLE, S.C. - Answered Gods call Thursday, December 13, 2001, Mrs. Frances Wilson Rhoden of Warrenville, wife of the late Eugene C. Rhoden and daughter of the late Thomas J. Wilson and the late Mary Alice Crook New. She is survived by three sons, Thomas Rhoden, Augusta, Douglas Rhoden, Warrenville, and Cecil Rhoden, Belvedere; four daughters, Lyvonne R. Lanier, Warrenville, Mary R. Fallaw, Aiken, Phyllis R. Gunter, Graniteville, and Wanda R. Braxton, North Augusta; three sisters, Mattie Coleman, Graniteville, Virtee West, Aiken, and Everlee McDaniel, Graniteville; a brother, Rev. Charles F. Wilson, Aiken; 23 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren. Mrs. Rhoden was born in Abbeville, but was a lifelong resident of Warrenville. She was a homemaker, a member of Warrenville Church of God, and a member of the ladies ministry. The funeral service will be conducted Monday, December 17, 2001, at 3 p.m. in the Warrenville Church Of God with Rev. Richard Martin and Rev. William Starnes officiating. The interment will follow in the Graniteville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence at 107 Whaley Street, Warrenville, S.C., or Sunday evening, December 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Warrenville Church Of God, P.O. Box 519, Warrenville, S.C. 29851. Mrs. Rhoden will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
