AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Tuesday, December 4, 2001, at Doctors Hospital, Mrs. Diana Audette, wife of Henry J. Audette of Oakridge Drive, Augusta. Other family members include sons, Henry J. Audette Jr. and wife, Erin Alexander Audette of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Daniel William Audette of Augusta; daughter, Holly June Audette of Augusta; brothers, David Vining of Arkansas, Donald Vining of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Tom Vining of Augusta; mother-in-law, Catherine Audette of Augusta; and many special beloved friends. Mrs. Audette was a native of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., but lived in Augusta for the last 24 years. She was the chief financial officer for Augusta Sun Control and a homemaker. She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, The Richmond Academy Band Boosters, Better Business Bureau, International Window Film Association, American Society of Interior Designs, a Notary Public and Proud "costie mom" of the U.S. Coast Guard. She leaves behind many young kids at Richmond Academy that she loved. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m., on Saturday, December 8, 2001, at Advent Lutheran Church with Pastor Johnathan Edwards officiating. Interment will be at Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Poteet Funeral Home, West Chapel, 3686 Wheeler Road, Augusta, Friday night from 6 until 8 p.m. Poteet Funeral Home, west chapel.
