Mary Beth Pierucci's self-serving outcry in her Nov. 28 letter against the Rev. Allan J. McDonald's Nov. 16 letter, linking a pro-choice philosophy in its extreme with terrorism, is in fact confirmed by her letter.
When someone chooses to send anthrax through the mail to anyone, including Planned Parenthood, is that not an outcome of "choice" taken to its deadly conclusion? The Roman Catholic Church, which the Rev. McDonald represents, is opposed to terrorism and the culture of death in all its forms - not only the taking of innocent life in the mother's womb, but also the killing of abortionists.
The Catholic Church stands with Planned Parenthood in condemning the killing of abortion workers and acts of terrorism against them by those who choose death over life. We continue to pray that Planned Parenthood would one day stand with the Catholic Church in condemning killing of innocent life in the mother's womb.
Planned Parenthood would do well to recognize that "anti-choice" is a good thing when it comes to the killing of human life.
