HARLEM, Ga. - Entered into rest December 1, 2001, at the Medical College of Georgia, Mr. Hugh Camp, 78, of East Trippe Street, Harlem, GA., husband of Mrs. Dorothy Neal Camp. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 3, 2001, 11 a.m. at the Harlem United Methodist Church with the Reverends Richard Broom and Philip Vestal officiating. Interment will be in the Harlem Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Camp was a native of Fruithurst, Alabama. He was a member of the Harlem United Methodist Church, Harlem Fire Department, Harlem Masonic Lodge 276, Scottish Rite, veteran of WW II and a Purple Heart Recipient. Mr. Camp was a 52 year civil service employee where he was a manager of the Fish and Wildlife at Fort Gordon. He was also employed by Johnson controls at Fort Gordon. Mr. Camp was a supporter of all Harlem athletic events. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Neal Camp; one son, Steve Camp and daughter-in-law, Susan Camp; one daughter, Nancy Camp Lewis and son-in-law, Jimmie Lewis, all of Harlem; two sisters, Edna York of Burlington, Texas, Lillie Huey of Oxford, Alabama; two brothers, Foy Camp of Heflin, Alabama and Billy R. Camp of Oxford, Alabama; five grandchildren, Russ Lewis of Valdosta, Randy and Rob Lewis of Harlem, Kacee and Taylor Camp of Harlem. Pallbearers will be Russ Lewis, Randy Lewis, Rob Lewis, Taylor Camp, Ray Camp, Jake Camp, Jake Dees and Jeff Neal. Honorary pallbearers will be the Harlem Fire Department, Billy Fann and Terrance Brady. Memorials may be made to the Harlem United Methodist Church, P.O.
