TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Paine's Yari Scott was the game's high scorer with 17 points, but the Lions (1-4) were unable to pull out a victory over Stillman College on Saturday night. Stillman walked away with a 50-46 decision.
In the women's game, Paine's Lady Lions stopped Stillman 74-49 as Tiffany Isaac scored 14 points.
The Lady Lions (3-1) will be in Columbia tonight to play Benedict College.
