AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Sunday, November 25, 2001, at the University Hospital, Ms. Rose E. Pryor, 53, of Tobacco Road. Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 29, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery. She was a native of Augusta, a former employee of Fort Gordon and the Walmart Store. She was a 1966 graduate of Lucy Laney High School, member of Corinth Baptist Church where she served in the music ministry for 44 years, was a member of the Sunday School Department and the Circle Club. Survivors are her mother, Cora B. Pryor, Augusta; three sisters, Carol A. Pryor, Diana Pryor, Mary P. Eitson, Augusta; three brothers, Louis E. Pryor Jr., Richard D. Pryor, Augusta, Gregory T. Pryor, Silver Springs, Md.; six aunts; one uncle; devoted niece and nephew, LaTundra S. Johnson, Leo S. Johnson; devoted cousins, Mary Miller, Malvenia Miller; devoted friends, Vivian Hambrick, Deborah Middleton, Marie Thomas, Keisha Fryer; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
