Mrs. Marie Ingram



WILLISTON, S.C. - Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday in the Folk Funeral Home chapel with burial in the Williston Cemetery for Mrs. Marie Starns Ingram, 74, who died Friday. Burial with Eastern Star Rites accorded. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, Williston. The family will be at the home of her daughter, Margaret I. Lenard, Jill Street, Williston. Mrs. Ingram retired from Owens Corning Fiberglass where she worked as a lab technician in quality assurance. She was a member of the Williston First Baptist Church, The Rachel Sunday School Class and the Ackerman Chapter #198 Order of the Eastern Star. She was born in Elmore County, Alabama, a daughter of the late James Wesley and Adie Taunton Starns. Survivors include her husband, John L. Ingram of the home; daughters, Karen Kirkland and Margaret Lenard, both of Williston; sons, John Randall Ingram of Williston and James Ingram of North Augusta; sister, Jill S. Weitzel of Aiken; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The Augusta Chronicle October 27, 2001
