Mr. Larry Montgomery

THOMSON, Ga. - Mr. Larry Montgomery, 44, beloved husband of Vicki Montgomery, Whiteoak Road, Thomson, died Sunday, October 21, 2001, at his residence. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday in Sweetwater Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Garvin and Bruce Poss officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery. Mr. Montgomery, a native of McDuffie County, was an Electrician. He was an Army veteran and a member of Marshall Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Vicki Montgomery; his son, Marty Montgomery, Thomson; his parents, Aubrey and Pauline Montgomery, Thomson; his sister, Joyce Phillips, Athens; and his brother, Don Montgomery, Augusta. Pallbearers will be his fellow workers at Savannah River Plant, Danny Tran, Lonnie Young, John Fulmer, Patrick Boulineau, Randy Hunter, Ken Paradise, Richard Conner, and Harold Still. Donations may be made to the Building Funds of Marshall Baptist Church or Sweetwater Baptist Church. Friends may call at the residence or at the Curtis Funeral Home.
