Regarding Bill Paschal's Sept. 25 letter and several others:
Only one side of the story has been told concerning the death of Lydia Guntharp and the law suit against the Danny Craig family. Without a doubt, Mr. Paschal has never lost a child and doesn't understand the pain it brings to a family.
This family knows they will never see the beautiful smile of their very talented daughter again - ever.
The Craigs still have their daughter. I know this was a terrible accident, but the Craig family has never even picked up a phone or had any contact with Lydia's family to even say they are sorry this terrible tragedy happened - just ignored them.
I bet if it had been my daughter or your daughter driving that car, Mr. Craig would have seen to it by now that we were in court being sued. So tell me why his daughter is any different from anyone else's?
And as far as the ambulance-chasing lawyers, that is not the case here. I know the late Ms. Guntharp's family very well.
