Ms. Margaret Hutchins

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Funeral services for Ms. Margaret Ruby Hutchins will be held this morning at 11 a.m., in the chapel of James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville, S.C. with Rev. Irrick Polin officiating. Private interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, Graniteville, SC. Ms. Hutchins, 71, a former resident of Aiken, S.C., died Wednesday, morning, June 6, 2001, at her residence in Charleston, S.C. A native of Orangeburg, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Herman Luther Hutchins and the late Ruby Caroline Bozard Hutchins. Ms. Hutchins had retired as Bookkeeper from Marvins Meats. She was affiliated with Woodmen of the World and was of the Baptist faith. A daughter, Sandra Jean Knight, Ravenel, S.C.; granddaughter, Charlotte K. Bryan, Summerville, S.C.; grandson, Charles D. Knight, Summerville, S.C.; and three great-granddaughters, Savannah, Christina, and Rebecca Bryan, all of Summerville, S.C., survive Ms. Hutchins. The family requests that flowers be omitted and memorials are made to Hospice of Charleston, 3896 Leeds Ave., Charleston, SC 29405.
