Police seek burglary, rape suspects



AIKEN - Aiken County sheriff's investigators are seeking four men in connection with an early-morning burglary and gang rape, officials said Wednesday.

According to a police report, a man knocked on a woman's door at her home on Williston Road at 2 a.m. Wednesday and told her that someone she knew was there to see her. When she opened the door, four men rushed inside - two with pistols and one with a shotgun.

The woman said that one man threw her onto the bed and stuck a pistol to the back of her head. He then told her, "If you scream, I will kill you," the report states.

Another intruder stood beside the bed as two others looked through the house. Her assailant pulled her clothes off and raped her, she told police.

Two others also forced her to have sexual intercourse, she said.

The Aiken County Bloodhound Team searched the area but the suspects could not be found, Lt. Michael Frank said. No arrests had been made Wednesday. The victim was taken to Aiken Regional Medical Centers, authorities said.

Investigators are looking for four black males.

One was described as 37 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 170 pounds. He was bald, had brown eyes and wore a blue-and-gold checkered shirt and blue jeans.

A second suspect was 20 to 25 years old, 6 feet tall and 230 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes and was wore a multicolored shirt with the yin-and-yang symbol and black shorts. He was armed with a handgun.

A third suspect was 17 to 20 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 150 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes and wore a white shirt and blue jeans. He was armed with a handgun.

A description was not provided for the fourth suspect, but he was armed with a shotgun.
