EVANS, Ga. - Robbye L. Hogston, age 68, passed away, Thursday evening, May 31, 2001, at the residence of her daughter in Evans, Ga. A native of Delano, Tenn., she had resided in Evans for the past 23 years. Mrs. Hogston was the supervisory medical technician of the cardiology service at Dwight David Eisenhower Medical Center, Fort Gordon, where she had worked for the past 38 years. She was a U. S. Army Veteran. She was preceded in death by her spouse of 38 years, Sergeant Major William A. Hogston, who passed away in 1988; and their son, John William Hogston, who passed away in 1988. She is survived by two daughters, Vicki Lynn Hogston, Spokane, Wash. and Debra Jean Hogston, Evans, Ga.; three sisters, Linda Kaye Price Peel, Augustine Swanson, Rena Sue Webb; two brothers, Tommy Price and Don Price, all of Benton,Tenn. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 7, 2001, from the graveside in Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Reverend Frank Koger officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Price, brother; Don Price, brother; Bill Peel, brother-in-law; Dick Webster, son-in-law; Derrick Jones and John Prendergast. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday at the Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, G.A.
