Ginny Brady of Washington, Ga., took advantage of her last opportunity to turkey hunt this season and harvested two gobblers the same morning. Besides being a hunter, Brady is a full-time employee at Augusta's Fort Discovery and the grandmother of newborn triplets. With her normal work schedule and a trip planned to Atlanta to spend a week with her daughter, Brady was down to her last chance to hunt this season. Her husband, David, called the first bird, an 18-pound gobbler, into gun range. Moments later, they heard another gobbler, which took 10 minutes of calling to lure into range. A second well-placed shot ended the most exciting turkey season of her life.
