Mr. Farrell Clark



AIKEN, S.C. - Funeral services for Mr. Farrell William Clark will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday at Maranatha Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Grover officiating. Pallbearers will be Mr. Clarks nephews and honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of the church. Interment will follow at Rocky Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at George Funeral Homes Historic Downtown Chapel 211 Park Ave. SW, Aiken. Memorial donations may be made to Maranatha Baptist Church or the American Heart Association. Mr. Clark, 69, of Aiken, died Friday morning at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Mr. Clark was a lifelong resident of Aiken. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Maranatha Baptist Church. He was the founder and past president of the Aiken County Foster Parents Association. Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, Sallie (Hartley); five sons, Willis Clark, Aiken, Stephen Clark, Monetta, Marshall Clark, Aiken, William "Billy" Clark, Monetta and Christopher Clark, Aiken; four daughters, Janice Myers, Batesburg, Megan Clark, Aiken, Patsy Long, Plant City, Fla. and Diana Clark, Aiken; two brothers, Cunning P. Clark, Monetta and Harvey Clark, Gilbert; and a sister, Lallie Boyd, Clearwater, S.C. Mr. Clark is also survived by 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The Augusta Chronicle-April 21, 2001
